Custom shoes take approximately 1/2 weeks to make. I need time to order the shoes in your size and customize them by hand. All work is handpainted with fine care. Please note that embroidered patches are not sewn on to the shoes, but are attached securely using a professional 3-step adhesive process. Once your order is ready, you will receive a shipping notification. Thanks for your patience! Please feel free to message me with any concerns. If the wait time is too long, you can still cancel your order within 24 hours. 

IF YOU NEED YOUR ORDER BY A SPECIFIC DATE: Message me IMMEDIATELY to make sure you can get your order in time! Please do not wait until the last minute to ask for a rushed processing time. 

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE OF UK): Message me if you have questions about the size. In some countries, customs fees may apply, buyer is responsible for paying these fees and they are non-refundable.
